Like so many other many computer geeks, Jacinta and Paul were in town for the System Administrators Conference 2004. With a little bit of organisation from Robert Loomans, the Brisbane Perl Mongers got together with the visiting Mongers (including Jeremy Price - the Canberra PM list owner) for dinner at Picasso's Restaurant in the Carlton Crest Hotel.
No Perl talks were given but it was a great social event and a good time was had by all.
