Need to add some information on interwiki linkage once that's sorted out.

Have reg'd "PerlNet" on the wikimedia site, which apparently propagates through some magic:

 http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Interwiki_map

If PerlNet wants to update a local interwiki map, the update scripts can be found in:

mediawiki/maintenance/*[Ii]nter*
